2012 FUNDING APPLICATION

New funding applications are usually available in mid-December and must be received on a specified date around the end of January. Partner agencies of the United Way of Lee County — or those applying to become a partner agency — may download all needed forms below.

New forms for 2012 are now available and must be returned to the United Way office no later than Thursday, February 3. Please submit six copies of each completed application form.
