Supported living and respite services also are offered both to CIL participants and others in the community.
These activities are diverse and include cooking, eating out and attending movies with friends, tutoring in developing budgets, support for work and leisure activities, public speaking about disabilities, visiting independent living apartments and preparing plans for independent living.
Respite co-op activities vary as opportunities arise.
