Volunteer United New Agency Listing Request

If you would like for your organization to be listed on our volunteer page, please complete the information below. Please note that we are in North Carolina; only agencies that are located or have a presence in Lee and/or Harnett County in North Carolina will be listed. The following types of organizations are eligible to be listed:

  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Government entity
  • School, college, or university
  • Licensed healthcare facility
  • Faith-based organization

The following organizations are not eligible to be listed:

  • Organizations that are based in or operate out of private homes
  • Partisan political organizations 
  • Organizations which discriminate based on race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin or ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, handicapped status, or any federally protected status 

United Way of Lee County will review and approve all submissions before they are publicly posted on the site and, at its sole discretion, may decline to approve and/or post any requested listing. You will be notified of a potential volunteer's interest through an automated email sent from this site to your agency volunteer contact. The volunteer may also contact your agency directly.
